TopProz was founded in 2019 by Hatim Naim with the goal of providing a high quality service marketplace for a wide range of services. In 2018, Mr. Naim stepped in to manage newly founded Red Hat Plumbing. This gave him real insight about the complexities associated with operating a service company and the need to simplify & better manage the process. Additionally, he discovered that Pros often provided inconsistent diagnoses to homeowners, causing them to pay for services that were not required. Based on his market evaluation, it became evident that there was a significant gap in the available tools for both: the customer and the pro. He decided to create TopProz to give homeowners the capability to manage projects effectively and to address the operational challenges a service business faces today.

TopProz offers two products: Saddle & VanLynk. Saddle empowers Pros to grow their business organically. By offering user-friendly marketing tools, we help Pros reduce customer acquisition costs. Our platform allows Pros to create professional web pages, generate QR codes for their vehicles, and share professional promotions on social media. This approach drives organic growth and helps Pros land more projects.

VanLynk is a complete platform that manages all aspects of a service based business. The VanLynk app empowers teams while keeping efficiency and simplicity at the front line. It is designed to go beyond basic management, tracking every hour, part, dollar, and tool. VanLynk is designed to enable businesses to provide customers with the best experience and maintain positive reputation & ratings.

Hatim Naim

Founder & CEO

Over 35 years, Hatim has built a reputation for strategically navigating complex corporate landscapes. His ability to decode modern business intricacies, paired with a sound financial strategy, ensures projects consistently achieve strong returns.

In 1996, recognizing the potential of the digital era, Hatim established one of California's leading ISPs. By 2008, he had shifted focus to the burgeoning renewable energy sector with the creation of ReV2G Engineering. This venture quickly gained traction, establishing itself firmly in renewable energy and storage sectors.

Before ReV2G, Hatim served as the Director of Engineering at ENGIE renewable energy division, overseeing the successful deployment of three major projects in Canada. His leadership was further demonstrated during his tenure at John Deere Wind.

Hatim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Fresno State University.
